It takes tension to hide tension. In "The Management of Tension" we established that tension is omnipresent. SBs and even more so their observers tend to become aware of tension only when it is unusually excessive. In "Hidden Tension" we reviewed two conditions that may cause hidden tension: Sensory blocks and losses of elasticity. In Medicine more conditions than bruises and spasms are addressed: Scars, fractures, infections, and many diseases are on the list. So, when you don't know what may be the cause of unusual excessive tension it is wise to check with educated medical professionals, like MDs or DVMs. However, when they don't have an answer or they are not immediately available you may wish to follow this method.
Track down all symptoms of obviously excessive tension. How? Observe, think, palpate, think again, evaluate, test. Let me clarify. Excessive tension can be the source of explosive reactions. So, you must observe first from a certain distance to try to find the location of symptoms. SBs feel very vulnerable where tension is excessive. A horse may protect a tense spot by attacking any person who tries to get near it. Never palpate a tense spot without warning.
In a good majority of cases, the observation of a symptom may give a hint for a quick remedy. Often therapists stop there. If the symptom disappears even temporarily every party involved is happy. When the symptom reappears the procedure is repeated or a stronger remedy is used until other symptoms emerge. A permanent cure can only be reached when all tension is identified and is tested manageable. The tests validate the thoroughness of the evaluation. They verify that the adopted solutions provide sound strategies with permanent results.
For a relaxed SB, unless a chronicle pathology has been identified, the detection of hidden tension provides a solution for most of the symptoms. Knowledge and perception work in tandem to guide the process of detecting the real cause of some symptoms. They are the important assets therapists need to continuously refine to perform in-depth evaluations. Knowledge must include some understanding of Functional Neurology as well as notions of Neurological Detection and of Reflexes and Autonomous Functions from an INK PoV.
Perception depends on the sensitivity and the logic of the observer. All senses may be involved: Vision, touch; hearing; smell; and, taste. I remember touching a tendon that logically should have been sore. It was not. Shortly after the palpation, I had a garlicky taste inside my mouth. This revealed to me that the tendon had been rubbed with DMSO. That was confirmed. Logic prevailed. Finding hidden tension in ourselves is a good way to sharpen our skills. Self analysis opens our mind. It may trigger awareness for our extra sensory perception. Rejecting ESP as a human skill is another source of hidden tension.
Helping old folks and old horses I often found that some tension may escape my oral inquiries and my first observations. Coping with or compensating for PoD and excessive tension became an integral part of their apparent conformation. It characterized their behavior. The excessive tension that accompanied these preservation modes was taken for granted. Hiding that way eventhough it stifled their behavior and accelerated their aging process. Only intellectual SBs may open their mind and contemplate self analysis as a mean to include prosperity in their Pursuit of Well-Being. I will guide you in becoming as free of tension as possible. This is the way to learn how to help yourself, your animals, also other persons and their animals.
An open mind seeks prosperity by reaching beyond its horizons. Denying the existence of ESP is similar to ignoring germs because they are not visible to the naked eye. The awareness of ESP may expand your horizons beyond belief. However, a blind or abusive dependency on ESP may boomerang at you. Since 1972, I use self- hypnosis to communicate with my subconscious. It is a valuable self- healing skill. It also helps me evaluate and solve many equestrian problems. I will demonstrate this in the case studies. Surprisingly, I have seen over 15 auras. With the help of Barbara Brennan's book "Hands of Light" I understood their messages. From her book, I am aware of the magnetic field around me. I will share with you how I use this skill. GENERAL METHOD
To manage tension detect hidden tension. Doctors know best. Don't they?
Track down symptoms. Observe carefully. Think. Palpate. Think again.
Evaluate. Avoid quick remedies. Test to validate in-depth evaluations and solutions.
ASSETS NEEDED
Knowledge must include understanding Functional Neurology.
Perception relies on Sensitivity Logical Thinking Open Mind Awareness of Extra Sensory Perception
SELF ANALYSIS
An Intellectual Way for Open Minds to Eliminate Unwanted Tension in themselves. And, others
Awareness of ESP Expands Horizons. An Asset? A Boomerang. Self-Hypnosis Reading Auras Can Assist Self-Analysis, Evaluations, and Solutions. Always Test Results.
